Welcome to BeeEye AI, a service provided by BeeEye Technologies Inc. ("BeeEye," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered stock selection platform, including our browser extension, mobile app (coming soon), and website (beeeye.ai) (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

BeeEye AI provides real-time news monitoring, AI-driven stock selection, and data visualization tools, primarily for the U.S. stock market, with support for A-shares and Hong Kong markets. The Service offers 13 AI strategies to recommend high-potential stocks, delivering insights through charts and dashboards. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Service, such as user inputs for stock analysis.
  • Prohibited Activities: You may not:
    • Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology in the Service, including our 13 AI stock selection strategies, are owned by or licensed to BeeEye Technologies Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Plans: We offer free and paid plans (monthly: $3.9, quarterly: $20, annual: $72, as of August 26, 2025). Paid plans include additional features like unlimited analysis and premium app access (coming soon).
  • Billing: Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. You agree to pay all applicable fees, and subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy, available upon request.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service, including stock recommendations or market data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeeEye Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including financial losses from investment decisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of San Francisco, California.
